4th of July and Family Pictures

For the Fourth of July our family had some friends over for a BBQ and fire works.  We weren't allowed to have any fire works on base (not even sparklers!).  So we watched the Fort Bragg show from our back yard.  Lil M had fun picking her nose.  She would sit in the swing with both fingers in her nose.  The boys loved having friends to play with.  I love any excuse to have a party.  The Pope pool also had a party that we went to.  The boys love to swim.  Maxwell participated in a kick board relay.  His partner was the first to the other side of the pool, and he was the last one back.  He can't figure out how to kick with his legs straight. ; )

Our friend, Sherrie,  took some family pictures for us on Saturday 14 july.  I don't know how my parents ever got a decent family picture with all us kids (there are 9 kids).  Just with my three we have to have another session.  I'm including some of the pictures we took so you can laugh. Blake really likes to be silly.  We still need to take some more pictures, but the kids had enough for one day.

On Monday we took our van in to get some paint fixed, and on the way home J and I were talking about a TDY he took to Mississippi.  B asked us, "Who's Mister Sippy?"  We had a pretty good laugh.
